Todsworthy Farm is a mixed enterprise of 70 acres. A family farm, where you will find cows with their calves, sheep, chickens and even a few pigs.
We provide two superb 18th century self catering holiday cottages ideally situated as part of a traditional family farm, but in a location where you enjoy unrivalled comfort and tranquillity.
Our two cottages exceed Mobility Level 3 Assisted grading. Level access is provided throughout, with wide doors facilitating the option of wheelchair use when required. We have shower chairs, profile (profiling) beds, mobile hoists, local care service, wet-room, wheelchair hire, walking aids, local tramper hire and rise and recline chair.
Todsworthy Farm is within the triangle of Calstock, Gunnislake and Callington, in the heart of the Tamar Valley, within Dartmoor in Cornwall.

Luxurious, four-star, converted cider production holiday cottage. Three double bedrooms, two large bathrooms, two reception rooms, including a sun lounge, spacious open, and fully equipped kitchen. Wifi, TV, DVD player and Hifi installed, making Cider Press a home from home.
Sumptuous, four-star holiday cottage, converted barn for housing and milking cattle. Three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, spacious courtyard with barbecue and extensive seating area. Speedy wifi, TV, DVD player and Hifi installed. Hayloft is a quiet and relaxing retreat.
Each cottage is disabled friendly providing M3 Mobility Access where needed. The cottages are specifically designed for disabled visitors with ground floor bedrooms, wet-rooms, wide doors, no steps and low kitchen worktops. We have an extensive range of mobility equipment, including mobile hoists, shower chairs, profiling beds, local care services, wet-room, wheelchair hire, zimmer frames, walking aids, local tramper hire, quiet peaceful location, rise and recline chair shower chair, bed wedges, foam back supports, etc.
The farm environs are also set-up to be disabled friendly, providing full access to all key areas. Our 70-acres are increasingly being revised to allow complete access.
The Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is an area around the Tamar, Tavy and Lynher rivers. The area is famous for its mining heritage landscape.
On one side is Devon, the other Cornwall. The Tamar Valley has an intricate, deeply incised river that meanders just below Launceston and Tavistock. It borders Dartmoor National Park to the east and the Kit Hill area to the west.
The Tamar Valley is great for exploring – from walking, cycling, horse riding to shopping, eating, sight-seeing, scenic train rides and visiting historic houses and gardens.
This beautiful area comprises the Bere peninsula, the historical viaduct to Calstock. The area is known for its flora, fauna and geological features.

The cottage garden and lost gardens of Helligan were most enjoyable. Also visited Tintagel, Boscastle Pasdstow(superb shellfish), Polperro and Looe. Weather was superb for the whole week."

"What a fantastic holiday cottage to come to. The welcome package was gratefully received. Jonathan the owner, is a warm and friendly person and is always at hand for any help required. There are lots to do and see in the local areas. Local pub in worth a visit (Tavistock Arms).I has been a wet weeks, but we took the kids to Trethorne Leisure Park.
There is plenty to do there, so we have been a few times this weeks. We also went to Countryman Cider traditional cider makers, it was free to look around, and the cider was very good. Hope to be back soon."

"We had a fantastic week holiday in the Cider Press Cottage. The weather was glorious all week!
We have been to a few cottages but this one is by far the best ever had everything you could possibly need in it and was lovely. Welcome pack was gratefully received. Enjoyed days out at the Eden Project, Paignton Zoo (highly recommended) Tintagel Castle (be prepared for very steep hills and lots of steps) Widemouth Bay near Bude - lovely beach. Plenty to do! We would defiantly come back again and tell our friends about it."
